Installed another IAC valve from '95/'96. Had the low idle issue again.

Plugged back in one loose hose off the canister, seemingly going to vacuum.

Looped EGR modulator hoses.

Does not seem to be idling low now. Could've been that one loose hose. Could also be related to EGR. Not sure.
