Replacing calipers with Toyota remanufactured and pads, all around (rears have discs).

Rear right caliper had burned through the pad a bit and the rest were not looking good. They looked very old.

Using DOT 4 Prestone.

# Needs: 

 * Rear right hub needs serviced.

# Mistakes:
 * Did not order anti-squeal shims because they weren't in the Witt's End list. Should get them sometime, maybe.
 * Old brake banjo bolts, but new washers.
 * Rear right, reused fitmet clips where pads slide in.
 * Front right has new brake caliper bolts, front left has old ones.
 * One of the rear left axle nut adjuster phillips screws really needs to be replaced, hard to remove/tighten with a very deformed head.
